Job Description
The role of the Functional Analyst is to ensure that the digital products we want is designed and build is done properly with the highest quality possible to our clients. You will also be actively involved in providing support to the developers and testers of the operational team members via training, reviewing and coaching activities where required.

Key Responsibilities
-Coordinate meetings between business customers, functional team members, and technical team members.
-Interview Business Partners and end users to collect and document requirements and business processes.
-Translate functional, product, or business requirements into functional specification or use case documents.
-Working closely with business users, testers, and development team during QA stages.
-Identify, evaluate, and define impacts of changes and provide alternatives.
-Report status to stakeholders and management on a regular basis.
-Be able to work out our team test strategy with the test team including test data management.
-Creating & maintaining QA processes
-Ensure product design specifications meets the expectation of your end user’s expectation
-Check the usability view of the product and ensure the best way to solve FA arising problem on the projects.
-Maintain, manage, and train a group of QA testers
-Create and maintain Functional training materials
-Good communication skills (verbal & written) to achieve excellent customer service
-Being a team player and flexible
-Take ownership and do close follow up on project/s assigned, ensuring targets are met

Educational / Skill / Experience Requirements
Education
-Bachelor, Master or Engineering in computer science field or other relevant degree.

Experience:
-At least 5 years’ experience in software design phase
-Have some proven work experience with Salesforce
-Exceptional analytical skills required to analyse requirements, identify improvements in business processes and write functional/technical requirements.
-Experience with designing user interfaces specifications for web applications.
-Experience with Visio or other modelling tools.
-Experience in testing functionality and matching to requirements.
-Highly professional written and oral communication skills as well as interpersonal skills required.
-Experience in working in Agile development teams
