Succexa Ltd is a Sourcing & Staffing company, that helps and supports organisations in their recruitment process and needs. We do not operate like a classic recruitment agency, but work in a more effective way in order to provide our clients the best quality of candidates based on the clients’ requirements within the agreed timeframe. We work on a very low fixed cost differentiation strategy and it’s the client who gives the final decision to recruit a particular candidate. Succexa Ltd also provides 1 month of warranty on all our candidates provided, that is we replace the candidate free of charge if he/she is being terminated within one month of employment or he/she leaves the organisation within the first month of employment.

Our operating model is as follows:

Operating Model (Publication, Advertisement, Screening, Interviews, Fixed Rate)PAID ONLY UPON SUCCESSFUL RECRUITMENT

    1. We advertise the vacancies (Social Media, several Job Boards, Website, Mass mailings, etc…)
    2. We boost the vacancies so that it reaches the maximum target audience required for the role
    3. We search for talents with the required profile
    4. We head hunt candidates with the required profile (Communicate with the candidates via message/email/phone).
    5. We conduct a telephone interviews (HR Interview) with the candidates to know if they fit for the role which includes their aspiration, expected salary and motivation for the role
    6. We do a 1st screening of CVs
    7. Recommend/Send Batches of CVs to the client + provide a report on each candidate
    8. The client conducts the 2nd interviews and tests the candidates.
    9. The client select the appropriate candidates within his organisation
    10. The client submit Succexa a status report for each candidate
    11. We invoice the client once he/she being recruited by the client.
    12. Warranty Period: We provide also one month of warranty, that is we replace the candidate free of charge if he/she is being terminated within one month of employment or he/she leaves the organisation within the first month of employment.
    13. Please note that the fixed rate depends on:
      • The job profile of the role
      • The complexity to find candidates
      • The urgency of the recruitment needs
    14. Lead time to receive a 1st batch of CV: Maximum 7 days (including weekends) prior to confirmation of our proposal and sign off of the contract of work (Succexa Ltd will supply) and payment of the one-off fee*
    15. We promote the client corporate image in job fairs, forums etc + promote their vacancies free of charge.
    16. Succexa Ltd does not charge the candidates
    17. *Le “One-Off fee” (Kick off fee) envelops the following actions :
      • Advertising/Publication of your vacancies during 1 YEAR (as from date of contract)
      • Admin/Personnel/Marketing Fees (Artwork, Publication, Boost – we invest much in advertising so that it reaches maximum of applicants with the required profile)
      • Security of our investments as per point b) above
      • Communication cost for head hunting
      • Any transportation cost at your premises (if any)
      • Mass Mailing for your job vacancies
      • Etc…
