AXERO LTD (chooseyourjob.mu), member of Succexa Ltd, is currently looking for a dynamic and proactive SALES & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST. The ideal candidate will report directly to the Founder & Group CEO of Succexa and will be mainly involved in Sales, Marketing & Business Development activities of the business.
KEY DUTIES:
– Identifying new sales leads
– Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing and new customers
– Researching organisations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
– Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
– Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
– Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
– Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays on a weekly basis
– Contacting clients to inform them about new development plans
– Preparing quotes and proposals
– Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person in order to close deals/projects.
– Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met
– Responding to tenders
– Creation/Supervising of all marketing activities (such as artworks, publications, mass-mailings and other marketing campaigns)
– Meeting and exceeding budget sales targets
– Organising business events for the group
– Planning media and advertising campaigns
SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:
– Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing or equivalent
– Minimum 2 years experience in Sales, Marketing and/or Business Development
– IT Fluency: Especially with Microsoft Office
– Experience in sales of HR Services and corporate training would be an advantage
– Driving car license would be a strong advantage although it is not a necessity at this stage
– Socially adept
– Excellent with numbers
– Ability to do cold-calling
– Able to take ownership on projects
– Flexibility to go on short business trip whenever required
– Strong communication (French & English) and IT fluency
– Creative talents and the ability to solve tough problems
– The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
– Skill in prioritizing and triaging obligations
– Attention to detail
– Excellent time management and organisation
– Very active in Social Media such as Linkedin and Facebook
