Qualifications & Skills:

  1. HSC or above
  2. Has the ability to interview and source candidates for any profile required by the company
  3. Excellent Communication in French/English (Speaking and Writing)
  4. Understand the basic operations of Call Centres and IT would be an advantage
  5. Commercial mindset
  6. Dynamic, proactive and having a can-do attitude
  7. Very comfortable with Microsoft Products, Skype, Social Media (Linkedin/Facebook, etc)
  8. Very good negotiating skills
  9. Willing to work at odd hours (if required) and can work under pressure
  10. Very at ease with IT and understand differents IT jobs positions/roles

Key Tasks:

  1. Sourcing – Head Hunt/Sourcing of Candidates
  2. Selection – Screen and select the appropriate candidates with the required skills sets
  3. Interviewing – Conduct 1st Level interviews (in French/English) with candidates
  4. Monitoring & Controlling – Perform a close monitoring with candidates and clients throughout the whole sourcing/recruitment process

Preferences will be given to candidates living in the vicinity of Plaine Wilhems, Port Louis and St Pierre
