PURPOSE:

To provide Consultancy services to clients across all stages of the implementation lifecycle (discovery, configuration, testing, deployment, post go-live support), under the direction of the Project Manager. Assisting customers in successfully managing and sustaining people, process and/or technology change.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Project responsibilities include but not limited to:

-Gathering customer requirements, document/validate requirements, and map to Dayforce functionality.
-Configuring the Dayforce solution to meet customer’s documented business requirements.
-Conduct consulting sessions (remote and in person) and document with meeting minutes.
-Setting and managing customer expectations providing follow-up consulting and general assistance in areas of expertise.
-Attend internal project meetings and provide status on progress of activities and deliverables.
-Be a “go-to” resource for specific functionality areas for both internal and external users. Providing guidance to Associate Consultants.
-Identifying risks.
-Communicating issues to the Project Manager.
-Work with customers to implement Organisation Readiness best practice in preparation for rollout of the Dayforce solution.
-Document solutions and contribute to a solutions repository within the Dayforce practice.
-Document best practices and share with the Dayforce practice.
-Participate in Continuing Education sessions.
-Complete Dayforce new release training on a timely basis; be fully versed on new and/or enhanced functionality in each product release.

Person Specification:

-Extensive experience of implementing the Dayforce solution across a range of modules as follows: HR, Payroll (UK), Time & Attendance/Workforce Management.
-Experience with software in a SaaS/Cloud computing environment including experience within HRIS systems such as Dayforce (required), SAP SuccessFactors, SAP, Peoplesoft, Oracle HR/Payroll, and Workday.
-A previous operational background in HR or Payroll or Scheduling/Rostering or an understanding of common human capital management business practices would be an advantage.
-Experience in change management will be an asset.
-Very strong Microsoft Office skills in particular Excel
-Good Problem-solving skills.
-Outgoing personality.
-Good attention to detail.
-Must be well organised and capable of managing various projects simultaneously.
-High level of motivation and self-staring attitude.
-Excellent communication skills.
-Excellent command of English (speaking, reading, writing, and listening).
-Ability to engage with multiple projects and customers at the same time and manage priorities.
-Flexibility and ability to travel.
-Product certification in at least on Dayforce module (Payroll, Benefits, WFM).
