One of our clients with head office located in Germany and a branch in Mauritius, is currently looking for 3 Key Account Managers with some key competencies in the following fields:
1. Excellent Spoken English with British Accent
2. Excellent Spoken French
3. A minimum of 1-2 years experience in Sales/Commercial/Customer Service Experience
4. Willing to work on a roster basis (Morning, Afternoon & Night)

Salary: Rs28K to Rs50K (depending on experiences and communications)

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
– As part of the customer care, you help with the repatriation of patients back home
– Calculation, booking and organization of aircraft operations in the air ambulance and private customer sector worldwide
– Work in a highly exciting environment with daily interesting projects and new challenges
– Providing independent consultation and support to customers
– Holistic, independent order processing (conception, planning, realization)
– Building and expanding a new partner network
– Market observation and competitive analysis
– Multilingual project responsibility in sales management
