Succexa is hiring a Senior Sourcing & Recruitment Specialist with the intention to be promoted to a Talent Acquisition Lead upon successful probation of 6 months. This position is being advertised internally and externally and we are encouraging both internal and external candidates to apply should this position is of interest in respect to your career growth.

The key combined duties are as follows:

-To lead and manage the  Recruitment operations team effectively and efficiently
-To be accountable on monthly revenue target and accelerate deliveries of projects in order to achieve this monthly revenue target
-Acts as a liaison with the team and the clients
-To be involved in key Sourcing & Interviews of candidates and ensure high quality delivery
-Perform and send daily/weekly/monthly reports to the Board of Directors
-Ability to juggle resources from a project to another and ensure the effective use of resources on projects
-To QA the work/project of team members
-Enforcing procedures and other policies and cascading down security policies for the maintenance of confidentiality, integrity and availability of information and to protect personal and client data.
-Ensuring high accuracy in reporting on any project.
-Ensuring high quality of deliveries to clients and respect deadline by meeting exactly the clients requirements
-Ensure that no resources are badly used or lost as this costs money to the business
-To be accountable for the coaching, grooming, supervising and training of staff/colleagues.
-Communicating effectively to customers on an appropriate basis.
-Actively looking for improvements that could drive process efficiencies and profitability.
-Contributing effectively to team meetings, completing tasks and giving updates where necessary.
-Deputizing as and when necessary for the CEO and Managing Director – this includes liaison and responses to the board requests, communication to the clients and making relevant decisions.
-Involves in administrative tasks for the operations
-To represent the CEO & Managing Director in meetings with clients
-Any cognate duties requested by the Board of Directors of Succexa Ltd

Qualifications & Experience:
-HSC/Diploma/Degree/MSC/MBA Level
– A certain level of experience in Sourcing & Recruitment
-Bilingual – French and English
-Willing to work at odd hours
-Committed, honest and willing to learn

Benefits:
Basic Salary + Transport Allowance + Commissions (Individual & Team Level) + Monthly Target Bonus + Profitability Bonus + End of Year Bonus (pro-rata)

Reporting Line: CEO

Location of work: November 2021-December 2021: Beau Bassin, As from January 2022, at Rose Hill

Working Hours: 08h30 to 17h30 (Mon to Fri), but should be flexible to work at odd hours
