Key Accountabilities
- Managing the requested requirements related to the Salesforce Service and Sales Cloud.
- Comprehending the functional requirements from your stakeholders and translating them to technical solutions.
- Making sure users understand and are satisfied with your configurations in Salesforce.
- Enabling the business in achieving their KPIs by giving insights into for example lead response time
- Using an Agile methodology to keep track of your projects.
- Coding by using Lightning Experience or starting a new single page application within Salesforce using Lightning Web Components.
- Keeping informed about the developments in the Salesforce technology stack, including all innovations that are included in future releases
- Ensuring that there are as little bugs as possible in Salesforce Service and Sales Cloud.
- Coordinating regularly with stakeholders, like our Support Team, the Product Owners and the business owners
Expectations Experience & Knowledge
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and writing). Dutch is considered an asset.
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- At least 4 years of work experience with Salesforce Service or Sales cloud as a Developer and/or Administrator.
- In-depth knowledge about the configuration of Salesforce Service and Sales Cloud. And able to apply Salesforce APEX, triggers, process builders and various flows.
- Ability to use the latest Salesforce technologies, like Lightning Experience and Lightning Web Components.
- Know-how about basic GIT flows. For using Gitlab and source code management using Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD).
- Understanding how to use an Integrated Development Environment (IDE) or code editor with Salesforce plugins for the development of Salesforce.
