An International Luxury Boutique is looking for 30dynamic and proactive FULL TIME SALES REPRESENTATIVES to work in their Mauritius branches in the following locations:
– Bagatelle Mall, Phoenix Mall, Victoria Urban Terminal, Port Louis, Super U Grand Bay
– Package: Basic Salary negotiable (depending on experience and communication) + Unlimited Interesting Commission Rate
– Working Hours: 09h00 – 17h00 or 11h00 – 20h00 (on rotation basis) – 5 days in a week with 2 days off
RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Greet and direct customers
– Provide accurate information (e.g., product features, pricing and after-sales services)
– Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
– Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
– Cross-sell products
– Ensure racks are fully stocked
– Manage returns of merchandise
– Coordinate with the Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service
– Inform customers about discounts and special offers
– Provide customer feedback to the Sales Manager
– Stay up to date with new products/services
– Performs all related duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
– SC/HSC minimum
– Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role would be an advantage
– Understanding of the retail sales process
– Familiarity with consumer behaviour principles
– Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
– Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
– Flexibility to work various shifts
– Integrity
