Job Description

Profile:

• 5-7+ years of strong experience delivering Digital Solutions and/or a background that comprises both solid business understanding as well as high level understanding of high-quality digital product delivery;
• Experience as lead developer, architect or project manager working with onshore or offshore teams
• Experience in automation that covers business acumen, time management skills and a passion for learning
• Adept at process assessments and understands applications of RPA in different business domains.
• Strong understanding of RPA concepts and market
• Process assessment experience for end-to-end process automation including RPA proof of concepts
• Show a clear interest in other technologies that enable fast, flexible and financially interesting solutions (e.g. low-code platforms);
• Ability to communicate effectively in multiple business areas;
• Strong and creative problem solving, analysis, and design skills and always on the lookout for new ideas;
• Solution oriented mindset and behaviour which you pro-actively identify and discuss with relevant stakeholders;
• Comfortable to work remote and independent with an international team and group of stakeholders;
• Certified as technical architect (Blue Prism – ROM Architect)
• Previous consulting experience (or equivalent)
• You express yourself fluently in English with knowledge of a second language (preferably Dutch or French)
