We’re looking for an experienced Senior HR Officer to support our growing team! In this key role, you’ll assist in driving HR processes across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training coordination, payroll, and compliance; ensuring alignment with labour laws and the company’s standards.
What You’ll Do:
✅ Lead high-volume recruitment and onboarding
✅ Support employee engagement and resolve HR issues
✅ Coordinate training and track performance reviews
✅ Assist with payroll and attendance accuracy
✅ Drive HR projects and ensure legal compliance
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelors in HR or related field
- 4+ years HR experience (QSR/retail/hospitality preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Payroll and compliance knowledge
- Proficiency in MS Office & HR systems
