Are you a skilled Cloud Administrator or Cloud Engineer with strong communication skills and a passion for enabling cloud adoption? We’re seeking the right professionals to support one of our clients in driving Microsoft Cloud growth across the region.

🌟 About the Role:
In this exciting position, you will act as a trusted technical advisor to reseller partners, helping them harness the full potential of Microsoft Azure, Modern Work, and Power Platform solutions. You’ll be responsible for delivering pre-sales expertise, technical training, and deployment support—playing a key role in expanding Microsoft Cloud adoption across multiple territories.

🌐 Key Responsibilities:
Guide resellers in understanding and utilizing Microsoft Cloud technologies (Azure, Modern Work, Power Platform).
Assess customer needs and recommend tailored Microsoft Cloud solutions.
Deliver technical training sessions and provide hands-on support for solution implementation.
Manage service delivery including deployment, integration, and configuration.
Qualify and respond to service requests within your technical expertise.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support go-to-market strategies.
Maintain strong relationships with Microsoft and remain up to date with certifications and product developments.
Lead engaging presentations and workshops to highlight solution value.
Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to support strategic planning.
Work with the Operations team to address partner and customer issues efficiently.

✅ What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 2 – 3 years’ experience in technical and/or pre-sales roles focused on Microsoft Cloud.
Strong understanding of Modern Workplace solutions, collaboration tools, and security best practices.
Excellent communication skills—comfortable leading webinars, demos, and presentations.
Proven experience providing technical support and training in cloud environments.
Relevant Microsoft certifications (highly preferred).
Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken.
Independent, proactive, and a strong team collaborator.
