📣 Job Opportunity: Junior Construction Surveyor

📍 Location: Riche Terre | 🕐 Full-Time |

Role Overview
Reporting to the Junior Construction Surveyor, the successful candidate will support cost control, contract administration, and financial management of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and follow up on monthly payment applications, valuation certificates, and progress payments
• Manage subcontractor coordination, project allowables, and cost monitoring, including monthly cost reports
• Assist with variation pricing, scope changes, and adjustment of contract values
• Prepare project cash flow forecasts based on the Programme of Works
• Liaise with clients and consultants on final accounts and contractual matters
• Conduct site visits to verify progress and collect relevant project information

Candidate Profile

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent (essential)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in quantity surveying (contracting industry experience is an advantage)
• Experience in HVAC-related projects will be a strong asset
• Open to both male and female candidates

Other requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Self-organised, flexible, and responsive to operational needs
