Position: HRMS & Payroll Support Specialist (SICORAX)

Are you experienced with SICORAX Payroll or HRMS and passionate about supporting clients in optimizing their HR and payroll systems? We are seeking a HRMS & Payroll Support Specialist to join our client’s team!
Key Responsibilities

Provide remote support to clients via phone, email, and teleassistance tools.

Assist with SICORAX Payroll parameter setup and configuration.

Guide clients through payroll processing and troubleshoot related issues.

Offer support and training on additional SICORAX HRMS modules, including HR, ESS, and PMS.
Requirements
-
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with SICORAX Payroll or SICORAX HRMS Payroll.

Familiarity with additional SICORAX modules (HR, ESS, PMS) is a strong advantage.

Solid understanding of local payroll regulations: ERA, RO, PAYE, MNS, pensions.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a client-focused mindset.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Strong team collaboration and interpersonal skills.

Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
