Customer Support Officer for a prestigious company in the insurance sector !
Your Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer requests via phone and email
- Advise clients on available insurance services
- Support the operations teams with administrative and policy-related back-office tasks
- Maintain and update CRM systems
Required Experience:
- HSC minimum or Degree holder
- Flexibility to work on a rotation shift
- Proven experience in insurance, administrative support or customer service position
- Customer service orientation
- Excellent written and verbal communication in French and English
