Career Opportunity – Customer Experience Lead
We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a K-Beauty company in Port-Louis, for a Customer Experience Lead to manage and improve customer interactions, both in-store and online.
📍 Location: Port-Louis
🎯 Key Responsibilities :

Lead and drive the Customer Service team to deliver exceptional service.

Develop clear processes, SOPs, and communication standards to ensure consistency.

Manage complex customer cases and oversee major escalations with professionalism.

Enhance the entire customer journey across in-store, online, and delivery touchpoints.

Collaborate closely with Retail, Warehouse, Delivery, Finance, Tech, and Management teams to ensure smooth operations.

Maintain high-quality, consistent customer communication aligned with brand standards.

Analyse performance data, prepare reports, and implement solutions to recurring issues.

Train and mentor staff while supporting the rollout of new tools and systems.
👤 Ideal Candidate Profile:

3–5+ years of experience in a leadership role, customer service management, or retail operations supervision

Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team

Highly tech-savvy with a strong ability to learn and adapt to new systems

Solid experience developing SOPs, scripts, and operational workflows

Strong capacity to manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously

Hands-on experience with CRM and ticketing platforms

Excellent communication skills in both English and French

Able to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-demand environment

HSC or Degree holder
