Job Description
– Working Hours: Shift system (on a rotation basis of 24/7)

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides direct customer support.
- Attempts to resolve user problems without dispatching technical support staff when possible.
- Guides, advises and informs Help Desk Analysts as to appropriate procedures.
- Trains new personnel on use of the help desk system.
- Performs quality check reviews on tickets and voice calls.
- Maintains the Knowledge Base Articles on Service Desk Tool.
- Perform remote support regarding issues.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma in Computer Science or Information Systems.
- CCNA and MCSE will be an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems and network equipment.
- Ability to communicate clearly via telephone, email, or chats and display strong listening skills to fully understand a customer’s issues and needs
- Able to show patience, understanding, and empathy with customers at all times to make sure customers are taken care of in a timely and respectable manner.
- Attentive to every details to ensure that every piece of the puzzle is in order to apply the best procedures when dealing with clients.
- Ability to multi-task within the Service Desk operations.
