SUCCEXA LTD is actively looking for:
2 x SALES & MARKETING ASSISTANT or SPECIALIST (depending on experience) to expand and boost our Sales department:
Responsibilities:
– To generate leads for the group
– Create and update sales database on confirmed leads on a daily basis
– To do cold calling and book appointment presentation for Director
– Direct sales on each training and career fair
– Regular Follow up on each project and report on time
– Follow up with clients for renewal of contract and put a process in place in this context
– Respect and achieve monthly target
– Researching organisations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads
– Preparing PowerPoint presentations or any office document to display and report as summary on confirmed leads
– Undertake all mass mailings for the company as per request
– Organise and participate actively in all event activities for the group
– Responsible to deal or liaise with the press and other channels as per request of Director
– Greeting, Welcoming and channel communication to the respective person
Desired Profile:
– HSC or Certificate or Diploma in Sales or Communication or Marketing
– Excellent Communication Skills in French & English (verbal and written)
– Very at ease with Microsoft Office and other IT tools
– Proactive ability to do research on Social Media such as Linkedin
– Excellent attitude, committed and has a passion to succeed.
– Flexibility to work at odd hours if required
– A minimum of 6 months experience in Sales and/or marketing would be an advantage
Package: Salary + Transport + Monthly Bonus + Commission + EOY Bonus + Annual Performance Bonus
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (08h30 to 17h30)
