Customer Success Manager/Digital Marketing Manager
Job Description
The Customer Success Manager/Digital Marketing Manager will support the Sales Team to manage the post-sales process and ensure clients’ satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities:
– Set up all advertising campaigns for clients: liaising with clients to receive all campaign material, traffic management, campaign creation
– Advising clients on how to conceive effective material for their advertising campaign
– Manage leads for clients: follow up lead campaigns, lead review and validation, and reporting to clients
– Validate incoming Premium accounts on Business Directory and dealing with accounts’ upgrade
– Analysing customers’ campaign data (through Google Ad Manager, Google Analytics and internal tracking system) and suggest improvements to campaigns
– Prepare and send reports to clients
– Provide global reports on ongoing advertising campaigns to Sales Team so as to plan customer renewal
Technical skills:
– Excellent communication (English & French) and interpersonal skills
– At least 3 years of experience in the media and digital field
– Knowledge of media advertising platforms
