Key Responsibilities :

  • Support the Head of Department in managing designated market segments, ensuring all reservation requests are handled promptly and efficiently.
  • Process bookings accurately and negotiate competitive rates with hoteliers and suppliers.
  • Maintain professional and timely correspondence with Tour Operators and business partners.
  • Manage room allotments and optimize the B2B platform to maximize efficiency and revenue.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel rates, special offers, and supplier agreements.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure seamless coordination and service delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with suppliers and tour operators.

Are you detail-oriented, dynamic, and passionate about delivering exceptional events? We are looking for a proactive MICE Coordinator to support the Head of MICE and Manager in planning and executing high-quality meetings, incentives, conferences, and events.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate and oversee operational processes to ensure seamless event delivery.
  • Prepare tailored quotations, creative itineraries, and competitive proposals.
  • Manage client files from inquiry to final invoicing and follow-up.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
  • Ensure outstanding customer service and uphold the company’s quality standards.
  • Stay present on-site when required to guarantee smooth operations.
