Job Description
Working closely within the commercial and marketing departments of the company, you will be in charge of promoting and commercializing our client’s services and products to different and relevant target audiences.
Responsibilities:
– Handle incoming leads according to the defined sales process: identifying customers needs and qualification
– Convert leads into clients
– Communicate with clients via email and phone calls,
– Manage potential clients and retain existing clients, as well as dealing with quotes, following up on invoices and campaign reporting
– Target international markets that our client has not yet reached, and the ones identified by the Sales team
– Increase sales turnover by achieving the goals set
Skills and competencies:
– Strong negotiation skills
– At least 3 years of experience in sales
– Experience in the media and digital field
– Able to master presentation and communication tools (Office pack, CRM, etc.)
– Be fully fluent in English and French. Spanish is a strong advantage
