Job Description
Immediate Employment: We are recruiting 4 profiles internally within Succexa Ltd:
- 2 x Trainee/IT Sourcing Specialist (Diploma or Degree in IT) – Contract of 1 year, renewable to a full time/permanent position after successful deliverables (Will be focused on mass IT recruitment for a specific client)
- 2 x Trainee/Sourcing & Recruitment Specialist – Contract of 1 year, renewable to a full time/permanent position after successful traineeship
Main Responsibilities for the above positions:
- Sourcing – Head Hunt/Sourcing of Candidates
- Selection – Screen and select the appropriate candidates with the required skills sets
- Interviewing – Conduct interviews (in French/English) with candidates
- Monitoring & Controlling – Perform a close monitoring with candidates and clients throughout the whole sourcing/recruitment process
Qualifications & Skills:
- HSC/Diploma or above
- Experience in Recruitment or No experience , but candidate should be an excellent communicator and willing to learn.
- Has the ability to interview and source candidates for any profile required by the company
- Excellent Communication in French/English (Speaking and Writing)
- Understand the basic operations of Call Centres and IT
- Commercial mindset
- Dynamic, proactive and having a can-do attitude
- Very comfortable with Microsoft Products, Skype, Social Media (Linkedin/Facebook, etc)
- Very good negotiating skills
- Willing to work at odd hours (if required) and can work under pressure
- Very at ease with IT and understand differents IT jobs positions/roles
Preferences will be given to candidates living in the vicinity of Plaine Wilhems, Port Louis and St Pierre
