Job Description

Responsbilities:

• To lead and drive the BI/process improvememt across ALL stakeholder in the organisation (both Mauritius and Europe)
• You have an eye for BI architecture, to build sustainable and standardized solutions.
• You are responsible to maintain, adapt, implement the technical ETL part for the business processes.
• Ensure structured documentation of all software solutions & procedures.

Experience & Knowledge:

• Master’s degree in IT or equivalent.
• Data savvy and able to picture connections between business reality and resulting data trails, to interpret and understand deeper needs behind Business questions and convey these into requirements
• Experienced with tools such as Cognos, but equally important is your personal drive, logical reasoning, analytical mindset
• Have good knowledge of relational DBs and extensive SQL expertise
• Having expertise in the Microsoft BI stack and the development of ETL using SSIS is a plus.)
• Having an international and multicultural mind set from connecting to businesses in different areas over the organization, across Europe
