One of our new company known as Valtima Ltd (which is a member of Succexa) is looking for a Junior Sales & Marketing Assistant/Specialist to accompany the management on the digital promotion and sales of our new services and products such as office supplies and consumables etc..Even training will be provided to the right candidate, we are expecting the candidate to have a minimum of 6 months experiences in the sales/marketing field.
Some key tasks:
– Assist management in the promotion and sales of new products
– Execute Sales & Marketing plan within the agreed timeframe
– Generate leads and ability to close deals accordingly together with management
– Act as the community manager and being accountable to administer all of web platforms (Website, Social Media)
– Involve in the designining of artworks, publications, mass-mailings and other marketing campaigns
– Be responsible on all Sales & Marketing aspects in the absence of the director
– Organise Events such as new launching, job fairs and others
– Accountable for administrative tasks within the group
– Accountable to meet company objectives on a monthly basis

Required profile:
– HSC/Diploma/Degree in Sales/Marketing/Communication or equivalent
– Positive attitude and willing to learn
– 6 months experience in Sales & Marketing
– Committed, loyal and honest
– Willingness to travel abroad whenever necessary
– Driving car license would be an advantage although it is not a necessity at this stage
– Reactive, dynamic and willingness to move things faster
– Willingness to grow and be promoted fast within the company
– Very good communication skills (French & English) – writing & speaking
– Well conversant with Office products (such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Outlook)
Location of work: Beau Bassin
Working Hours: Monday to Friday – from 08h00 to 17h00 or 08h30 to 17h30 or 09h00 to 18h00
