Job Description

The IT Process Engineer is part of the Process Management Squad and is responsible for the design, transition, improvement and – in accordance with this – also the execution of the different IT service management processes (Incident, problem, change), controlling these processes from an ITIL and COBIT framework. Additionally, he/she has an important role to play in the communication to internal and external stakeholders.

Key Accountabilities
As IT Process Engineer, your main duties will be as follows:

• Designing and managing the different IT processes and associated metrics, escalation paths and complaints procedures.
• Monitoring and reporting on process performance.
• Assure the process governance (incl. ITSM tool).
• Periodically analysing and optimizing various processes, ensuring optimal coordination between the department and the needs of the business.
• Implementing process improvements based on ITIL and COBIT insights, including steering and motivating those involved.
• Taking care of communication regarding the IT processes to internal and external customers and ensuring business relations.

Skills:

• Degree in Information Technology/Information Systems/ Computer Science
• Good knowledge and experience of: ITIL (ITIL Foundation Certificate is minimal requirement), COBIT, Broad general knowledge of IT, Process oriented, Service minded
