Missions:
– Lead a team and be responsible for the planning and distribution of tasks within the team
– Create a team spirit, share knowledge and provide support to team members
– Keep the company Knowledge database up to date
– Address issues that impact performance of team members
– Provide Consultancy Services to the client and translate technical jargon into business language
– Perform day-to-day project management tasks
– Ensure project expectations are met in terms of quality, cost and time
– Risk Management
– Build efficient, testable and reusable Drupal modules
– Develop prototypes and applications

Requirements:
– Degree in Computer Science/IT
– Minimum 5 years experience in Drupal and PHP development projects
– Team Management/Project Management/Coaching Skills
