Job Description
– Identify and engage with various stakeholders to understand vision, mission, strategic objectives, and challenges
– Review business/operational processes, identify opportunities and strategies to improve business efficiency
– Extract insights from current industry and technology trends
– Interpret requirements, internal research, and insights to address business challenges
– Work as part of a team to generate ideas to solve complex problem statement
– Discuss ideas, priorities, and expectations with stakeholders
– Perform end-to-end functional testing during system implementation
– Drive continuous improvement and efficiencies beyond own scope of responsibility
– Demonstrate a sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in IT or any related field
– At least 2+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in the IT field
