In line with the expansion of our Payroll Outsourcing Department, we are seeking experienced and dedicated Payroll Officers to join a dynamic and professional team.
Key Responsibilities

Process payroll accurately in line with agreed payroll calendars

Ensure timely and accurate payment of clients’ salaries

Assist and support the payroll team in daily operations
-
Set up payroll systems for new clients

Prepare and file monthly statutory returns with MRA and MNS
-
Manage payroll-related queries while ensuring confidentiality and compliance
Requirements & Qualifications
-
Minimum 1 year of experience using Sicorax Payroll (mandatory)
-
Experience with Sicorax HRMS will be a strong advantage
-
Strong payroll background with solid knowledge of WRA, RO, PAYE, and PRGF
-
Good understanding of payroll processes and taxation
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision

Excellent attention to detail and strong deadline management

Good team spirit with strong interpersonal and communication skills
