We are looking for a Cloud Support/Cloud Engineer who is passionate about Microsoft 365, Azure, and Cloud technologies, and interested in pre-sales.

🌟 Role Overview
You will act as a technical advisor for reseller partners, supporting Microsoft Cloud adoption across the region. Your mission includes pre-sales support, technical enablement, and hands-on deployment assistance for Microsoft Azure, Modern Work, and Power Platform solutions.

🌐 Key Responsibilities
Support resellers in adopting Microsoft Cloud solutions
Deliver pre-sales guidance and tailored cloud recommendations
Provide technical training, demos, and deployment support
Handle service requests and ensure smooth solution delivery
Collaborate with sales/marketing teams and stay up to date with Microsoft certifications

✅ What You Need
2–3 years in Cloud engineering or technical/pre-sales roles
Strong Microsoft 365, Azure, Modern Workplace knowledge
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience in cloud support/training
Microsoft certifications (a strong plus)
Fluent in French & English
