Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-level IT services and support to users 🖥️
• Monitor IT services and ensure critical systems are available 24/7 ⏰
• Monitor SLAs according to business requirements 📊
• Assist the IT Support Team in managing network systems, firewall, Active Directory, and Office 365 🔐
• Maintain server infrastructure, network protection, and fail-over tools 🛠️
• Proactively monitor Endpoint security & Email security systems 📧🔒
• Assist with the implementation and compliance of Corporate IT policies 📑
• Provide system support, outage diagnosis, troubleshooting, and restoration of services ⚡
• Administer user/group accounts and configurations 👥
• Manage global VPN connections and other communication tools 🌍
• Generate regular reports on network performance, health, and security 📈

Qualifications & Experience:
• Degree in Information Technology or equivalent 🎓
• 5+ years of proven experience in a similar role 🏆
• Hands-on with Windows Server OS, Microsoft Exchange, Cisco Networking, Android, and Storage Area Networks ⚙️
• Certifications (CCNA, CompTIA Network+, etc.) a BIG PLUS 🏅
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP protocols and LAN/WAN configuration 🌐
