🚛 JOB OPPORTUNITY: SENIOR TRANSPORT OFFICER

🔧 Key Responsibilities
Fleet Monitoring & Maintenance
• Conduct regular inspections and spot checks on vehicles and equipment
• Plan and follow up servicing, repairs, and preventive maintenance
• Maintain accurate fleet records and ensure database updates
• Monitor downtime and ensure optimal fleet availability
• Ensure safety compliance and proper condition of all vehicles
GPS, Fuel & Usage Monitoring
• Monitor GPS systems and analyze reports for anomalies
• Track fuel consumption and flag irregularities
• Ensure accurate mileage and usage data for planning
Administrative & Coordination
• Manage supplier invoices and quotations
• Liaise with Purchasing, Finance, and external suppliers
• Ensure timely reporting and follow-ups
• Handle transport-related communications and escalations

✔ 3–4 years of experience in Transport Logistics & Mechanic
✔ Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
✔ Ability to work independently and take initiative
✔ Team player with excellent communication skills
✔ Adaptable with a positive and professional attitude
