🔍 About the Role
As an Online Operations & Distribution Manager, you will oversee the management and performance of rates, data, and online distribution activities. This role is central to ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and seamless coordination between systems, data, and commercial objectives.
đź’Ľ Key Responsibilities
• Manage and update hotel rate grids across multiple platforms
• Oversee online distribution channels and B2B booking systems
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of data entry and system content
• Supervise and support the reservations and distribution team
• Coordinate hotel pricing strategies and sales contracting activities
• Monitor system performance and improve operational processes
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support business goals
🎯 What We’re Looking For
• Strong expertise in online distribution within tourism or hospitality
• Solid understanding of booking systems, OTAs, API connectivity, and rate structures
• Highly structured, methodical, and detail-oriented mindset
• Strong leadership and analytical skills
• Commercial awareness with experience in pricing and distribution strategy
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional priorities
• Some exposure to IT systems and infrastructure is a plus
