Are you an experienced audit professional looking to step into a senior role where leadership, client interaction, and technical excellence come together? We’re looking for a Senior Auditor to join our Client’s Audit Outsourcing team and play a key role in delivering high-quality audit engagements.
💼 Your Role
As a Senior Audit professional, you will:

Lead and oversee multiple audit engagements simultaneously
-
Manage audit teams and review work to ensure quality and compliance
-
Act as a key point of contact for clients and maintain strong relationships
-
Ensure timely delivery of audit engagements and report progress to Managers & Partners
-
Supervise the preparation of financial statements, audit reports, and related deliverables
-
Mentor and train junior and senior team members (on-the-job & classroom training)
-
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the audit function
-
Ensure compliance with GDPR, Risk & Compliance procedures, and internal policies
-
Update project reports, SLA & KPI dashboards
-
Participate in and support technical training sessions
🎓 Qualifications & Experience
-
Diploma in Accounting
-
Partly ACCA qualified
-
Minimum 3 years’ experience in external audit
-
Proven experience leading audit engagements and supervising teams
🧠 Skills & Competencies
-
Strong knowledge of IFRS and International Standards on Auditing (ISAs)
-
Knowledge of LUX GAAP (mandatory); exposure to US GAAP, CAS is a plus
-
Excellent analytical, review, and problem-solving skills
-
Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills
-
Ability to manage deadlines, multitask, and work under pressure

Excellent communication skills in English & French (written and verbal)

Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Willingness to work overtime or flexible hours when required
