Are you a creative Interior Designer with a passion for delivering high-quality, end-to-end projects? This role offers the opportunity to work on exciting residential and commercial spaces, from concept development through to final handover.

✨ The Role
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for transforming design ideas into well-executed spaces while ensuring exceptional client experience and on-site delivery.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Develop innovative design concepts, detailed drawings, and material specifications 🖊️

• Manage client relationships from initial consultation to project completion 🤝

• Conduct site visits to monitor quality, progress, and design compliance 🏗️

• Review and approve shop drawings, samples, and material selections 📐

• Support procurement activities and assist with cost control 💰

• Provide prompt design clarifications and resolve site issues efficiently ⚡

• Prepare progress reports, snag lists, and ensure timely project handover ✅

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline

• Minimum 5 years’ proven experience in interior design, ideally within a contracting or design consultancy environment

• Strong portfolio demonstrating successfully completed projects

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D rendering software, and Adobe Creative Suite 💻

• Strong understanding of technical drawings, BOQs, and shop drawings
