🔹 Role Overview:
As a key liaison between business and technical teams, you’ll gather requirements, assist in configuration, testing, documentation, and support activities across the software implementation lifecycle.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Gather and document business and functional requirements
✅ Assist in system configuration/customization
✅ Prepare training materials and end-user documentation
✅ Execute manual functional testing and log issues
✅ Support data migration, mapping, and validation
✅ Collaborate with developers and business users for enhancements and fixes
✅ Contribute to post-go-live support and process improvements
🔹 Requirements:
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
💼 At least 2 years of functional/consulting experience
📊 ERP exposure (Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O preferred)
🧪 Hands-on experience in manual testing & documentation
🌍 Strong communication skills in English & French
🖥️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
🤝 Able to work independently and within a team
🔹 Job Details:
🕘 Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 08h30 – 17h00
💻 Work Mode: Hybrid (2–3 days work from home after training)
💰 Salary: Negotiable based on experience and profile fit
