With his commercial ability and the operating framework, he has put in place since the foundation of Succexa, he has guaranteed quality and trust to customers, thus converting Succexa from 1 to over 270 clients in almost 10 years.

Coming from a strong IT, BPO, Finance and Legal background with extensive experience in operational management, Hanaa has setup and initiated the operations of Succexa together with Siddicq with the aim to empower the business by adding value through challenging established practices and delivering creative solutions to complex business problems. Hanaa has always brought a consultative approach to the business and has developed and implemented operational and financial strategies and managed subsequent organizational transformation change programmes.  Hanaa has a strong academic background and has a structured and pragmatic approach combining strategic planning, project management and financial skills to deliver on targets. She has demonstrated the ability to manage and lead people for the completion of complex Recruitment projects in diverse industries.

Over 17 years of leadership experience in the BPO industry, Vanina has developed deep expertise in strategic planning, organizational development and operational excellence. Her career has been guided by a strong commitment to customer-centricity, ethical leadership, and performance-driven results. She is highly adept at cultivating high-performing teams, streamlining processes, and driving initiatives that deliver measurable business impact and long-term value. Vanina joined the business early during the year 2024 and has brought significant positive impact and changes to analyze trends, service delivery metrics and identify opportunities to drive the market growth. Vanina has always developed and inspired teams towards common goals.

BSc Holder in Web and Multimedia Development, fueled by a passion for graphic design and visual communication. With a unique combination of technical skills and creative insight, Oorousah has strived to deliver impactful digital solutions and compelling visuals to the business. Her career evolution has always remained dynamic and over 2 years of fruitful experience at Succexa Ltd, she is now a key Project Lead within the business with the aim to tactically manage teams of individuals to ensure high quality of work, service excellence and ensure that projects are being delivered within the scope and budget. Oorousah drives the hiring process to successfully match top talent with the right opportunities. This role allows her to blend her organizational skills with her creative approach to employer branding and candidate engagement.
