🎯 Candidate Profile:
✔️ Education: HSC minimum or equivalent qualification
✔️ Experience: 1–3 years in customer service, admin support, or a similar role

✔️ Skills & Attributes:
• Strong communication in English & French (written and spoken)
• Good command of Excel (formulas, data tables, analysis)
• Client-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in an open-space environment
• Team player with a growth mindset
• Receptive to feedback and open to learning
