Our client is seeking a skilled Data Analyst / BI Specialist to transform data into actionable insights and support strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and automate MIS reports and dashboards

• Utilize advanced Excel functions, including VBA Macros, for reporting and automation

• Write complex SQL queries and use Python for data analysis and visualization

• Create interactive dashboards using Power BI or Qlik Sense to track KPIs and trends

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate and actionable insights

• Ensure data integrity across all reporting platforms

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline

• Certifications in data analysis are a plus

• Strong analytical, logical, and communication skills

• Proficient in Excel, SQL, Python, and preferably BI tools (Power BI / Qlik Sense)

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in data analysis or similar roles
