Are you passionate about optimizing business efficiency through innovative ERP solutions? We’re looking for an experienced ERP Specialist to join our client’s dynamic team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and ensure the ongoing performance of the company’s ERP system

• Implement ERP processes to enhance operational efficiency and productivity

• Plan and execute ERP-related projects and product support initiatives

• Act as a liaison between functional teams, IT Application Support, IT Development, and Operations to coordinate system issues and enhancements

• Ensure continuous ERP system availability and performance

• Extract, analyze, and interpret ERP data to produce reports and actionable insights

• Monitor ERP performance, identify issues, and ensure timely resolutions

• Maintain and update ERP system documentation and user guides

• Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support on ERP functionalities and best practices

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree in Information Technology or equivalent qualification

• Minimum 10 years’ proven experience in a similar position

• Strong background in ERP implementation (experience with Infor is a plus)

• Excellent technical knowledge of SQL, query languages, and reporting

• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues effectively

Other Requirements:

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills

• Excellent communication skills in English and French (written & verbal)

• Proactive and quick in resolving operational challenges
