🌟 Job Opportunity: Head of IT – Rates & Data Handling 🌟

Are you an experienced IT professional with tourism/hospitality experience? We’re looking for a dynamic Head of IT to lead our client’s Rates & Data Department, ensuring data accuracy, seamless system operations, and commercial excellence across B2B platforms.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and structure the Rates & Data Department, managing a team of ~10 local & offshore members.

  • Ensure data quality with ≥ 99.5% accuracy on hotel rates, offers, contracts, and multimedia assets.

  • Oversee B2B systems, integrations, upgrades, and IT governance.

  • Support commercial teams with pricing strategy, reporting, and analytics.

  • Drive process improvement, automation, and team training programs.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

  • Experience: 5–7+ years in tourism/hospitality IT, handling hotel rate management, B2B booking engines, and system integrations.

  • Team management experience (5–10 people, including remote staff).

  • Technical Skills: Windows/Linux servers, cloud environments, online booking platforms, system connectivity.

  • Languages: Bilingual French & English.

  • Hands-on approach with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
