📍 Location: Phoenix, Mauritius | 💼 Type: Full-time | 🕒 Monday – Friday
Are you passionate about quality and precision? Join our dynamic team as a Software Tester, where your keen eye for detail and problem-solving prowess will help shape reliable, high-performing software and hardware solutions.
🔍 What You’ll Do:
- Analyze system requirements and clarify specs with stakeholders
- Design and execute manual and automated test cases
- Detect, document, and verify bugs and defects
- Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and improve product quality
- Conduct regression testing and maintain test scripts
- Ensure adherence to Agile practices and quality standards
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
- BSc in Computer Science or related field
- 1–3 years of testing experience (both in automation or manual)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Proficiency in automation tools like Groovy, Selenium, Katalon and Agile methodology
- Little experience on .Net/C# preferable.
- A proactive, detail-oriented team player
📈 Bonus Points:
- Experience with impact analysis and bug prioritization
- Familiarity with project management and defect tracking tools
- Up-to-date with industry trends and testing best practices
