🕒 Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 08:30 – 17:30
A well-established company in the shipping and logistics sector is currently seeking a Junior Accountant to join its finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking to grow their career in a dynamic and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations
- Maintain and reconcile the general ledger
- Utilize ERP systems for various financial processes
- Manage accounts receivables and payables, including handling payments and collections
- Perform accurate reconciliation of supplier and customer accounts
- Provide ad-hoc financial analysis to support senior management
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate and aligned financial reporting
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing ACCA Level 1 or holder of a BSc (Hons) in Accounting / Finance
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an accounting-related role
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
- Familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
