A leading company in the telecommunications and ICT sector is seeking ambitious and results-driven professionals to take on the role of Business Development Executive (Account Manager).

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate and enterprise clients.

Develop trust-based relationships to drive long-term customer satisfaction and retention.

Identify new business opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling telecom and ICT solutions.

Keep abreast of market developments, customer needs, and competitor activities.

Collaborate closely with technical teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Qualifications & Experience

Degree in business, marketing, ICT, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

3–5 years’ experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably in telecom or technology.

Proven success in achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

A customer-centric mindset with strong drive and resilience.
