Job Overview:
We are looking for a talented and driven Assistant Software Manager to lead software development teams and ensure high-quality project delivery. If you have strong technical expertise, leadership experience, and a passion for innovation, this is your chance to make an impact!

Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Lead, mentor, and motivate software development teams
🔹 Oversee software development projects ensuring timely delivery and adherence to best practices
🔹 Collaborate with clients and stakeholders, conducting presentations and meetings
🔹 Drive high-quality software delivery while maintaining development schedules
🔹 Stay updated on emerging technologies and encourage innovation within the team
🔹 Prepare and submit high-standard project proposals to secure new business
🔹 Ensure compliance with software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum)

Required Qualifications & Skills:
🔹 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field
🔹 5+ years of leadership/managerial experience in software development
🔹 Strong technical background in Python, Java, or JavaScript (preferred)
🔹 Experience with software architecture, DevOps, or cloud computing (a plus)
🔹 Project Management Certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile Scrum Master) is highly desirable
🔹 Proven experience in client interactions, stakeholder management, and proposal writing
🔹 Ability to drive software projects from inception to completion
🔹 Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
