Key Responsibilities:
• Master the property market in Mauritius and collaborate with agents to source top-tier properties.
• Present properties to clients, ensuring an outstanding viewing experience.
• Negotiate property sales to achieve the best outcomes for both clients and the agency.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, converting leads into loyal customers.

What We’re Looking For:
• Previous experience in real estate, sales, or client-facing roles is a plus, with a proven track record in sales or client relationship management.
• Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a knack for building rapport with clients.
• Fluent in English and French (both written and spoken) to engage with a diverse clientele.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must reside in the North of Mauritius.
• Competitive salary with an attractive commission package.
• HSC or relevant degree is preferred.
