We are looking for a Technical Support Associate to help maintain high-quality applications and deliver impactful solutions.

What you’ll do:

  • Assist clients by identifying their needs and implementing smart solutions

  • Respond to queries about products and related technologies

  • Provide clear technical guidance via email, chat, and calls

  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and document solutions in our ticketing system

  • Escalate complex issues to the right teams and follow up proactively

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes

Important:

  • US timezone (evening–night shift)

  • Must be comfortable working US hours

Requirements:

  • BA/BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field

  • 2–3 years in technical support or customer-facing IT role

  • Strong knowledge of relational databases & SQL

  • Understanding of ETL, APIs, and service-oriented architecture

  • Experience with cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) & containers (Docker/Kubernetes)

  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting & communication skills

  • Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
