We are looking for a Technical Support Associate to help maintain high-quality applications and deliver impactful solutions.
What you’ll do:

Assist clients by identifying their needs and implementing smart solutions

Respond to queries about products and related technologies
-
Provide clear technical guidance via email, chat, and calls
-
Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and document solutions in our ticketing system
-
Escalate complex issues to the right teams and follow up proactively
-
Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes
Important:
-
US timezone (evening–night shift)
-
Must be comfortable working US hours
Requirements:
-
BA/BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
-
2–3 years in technical support or customer-facing IT role
-
Strong knowledge of relational databases & SQL
-
Understanding of ETL, APIs, and service-oriented architecture
-
Experience with cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) & containers (Docker/Kubernetes)
-
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting & communication skills
-
