Job Opportunity: Project Leader – Audit Outsourcing (IFRS & LUX GAAP)

📍 Location: Moka | 🕐 Full-Time

We are seeking a Project Leader with strong expertise in IFRS and LUX GAAP to join our Audit Outsourcing team. In this dynamic role, you will oversee audit engagements, lead and develop teams, and manage key client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise multiple concurrent audit engagements
• Ensure high-quality client service and compliance with audit standards
• Manage team performance and mentor junior staff through training and coaching
• Maintain audit progress and report to Managers and Partners
• Contribute to process improvement and technical training initiatives
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, risk, and internal quality procedures

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma in Accounting & partly ACCA qualified
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in external audit with leadership responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, ISAs; LUX GAAP knowledge is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Fluent in English and French
