Job Opportunity: HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist
📍 Location: Plaines Wilhems | 🕗 Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR & Recruitment Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing end-to-end recruitment processes and supporting international mobility initiatives.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for both local and expatriate hires
- Coordinate onboarding, relocation, housing, and work permit processes
- Ensure compliance with global mobility and internal HR policies
- Liaise with recruitment agencies and internal stakeholders
- Oversee uniform distribution, PPE compliance, and offboarding procedures
- Support employer branding and employee welfare programs
- Assist with international recruitment travel as required
🔹 Candidate Profile:
- 2–4 years of experience in HR and recruitment
- HSC or Diploma in Human Resources or related field
- Fluent in English and French
- Willingness to travel internationally
- Strong organizational, coordination, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of international hiring practices
- Proactive, professional, and detail-oriented
