Job Opportunity: HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist
📍 Location: Plaines Wilhems | 🕗 Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR & Recruitment Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing end-to-end recruitment processes and supporting international mobility initiatives.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for both local and expatriate hires
  • Coordinate onboarding, relocation, housing, and work permit processes
  • Ensure compliance with global mobility and internal HR policies
  • Liaise with recruitment agencies and internal stakeholders
  • Oversee uniform distribution, PPE compliance, and offboarding procedures
  • Support employer branding and employee welfare programs
  • Assist with international recruitment travel as required

🔹 Candidate Profile:

  • 2–4 years of experience in HR and recruitment
  • HSC or Diploma in Human Resources or related field
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Willingness to travel internationally
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of international hiring practices
  • Proactive, professional, and detail-oriented
