Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To provide 1st/2nd level technical support to users and customers
- To manage and resolve customer or user requests according to internal processes and standards
- To participate in major incidents to assist in restoring service to local/ remote users as quickly as possible according to service level agreements
- To implement change requests according to internal processes and standards
- To monitor all events that occur through the IT Infrastructure
- To communicate and escalate, if needed, to team leads on issues identified which may impact on delivery schedules
- To liaise with service providers and 3rd party suppliers for any issues which may require their intervention
- To be compliant with internal security policies and processes
- To involve in product upgrades
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in IT
- Windows Server Certifications, Skype and Anywhere 365 or any IVR system
- Experience with Windows Server infrastructure
- Experience with Windows SQL Server Administration
- Excellent English-written and spoken
- Flexible in working hours
- Citrix knowledge – with 1-2 Years’ Experience in Windows/SQL/Citrix Administration
