We are looking for a dynamic TRAINEE (with the possibility to be promoted to a Marketing & Administrative Specialist) to assist Management in its daily operations. The successful candidate will be trained and given the opportunity to grow into the role.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

MARKETING:
– To assist management in Sales & Marketing activities for the group.
– Perform sales and operations activities and proactively use social media to publish advertisements, search business opportunities and close sales.
– Modify/amend our websites as and when required.
– Perform cold calling to search for clients, do follow up and close business opportunities.
– Deal with suppliers and compare prices from various suppliers and propose management the best quote.
– Proactively follow up on tasks and projects and report to Management in a timely manner.
– Any sales and marketing activities as requested by the Board.

ADMINISTRATION:
– Be the sole point of contact with regards to all administrative activities for the group.
– Act as the receptionist and main point of contact for the group.
– Perform all administrative tasks within the group.
– Be the personal assistant to the Board of Directors.
– Deal with suppliers for the purchase of equipment and tools for the group.
– Organize clients’ meetings for Management.
– Any administrative activities as requested by the Board

PROFILE:
– HSC and/or Diploma in Sales, Marketing or equivalent.
– Strong communication skills (French & English – written and spoken).
– Ability to speak fluently and with ease to the public, suppliers and clients over the phone.
– Very committed, flexible and willing to go to the extra mile.
– Strong negotiation and customer service skills.
– Passionate in digital marketing and very active in social media (LinkedIn, Facebook & Instagram)
– Digital marketing exposure would be a great advantage.
– Ability to work odd hours if required.
